Text messaging terms and conditions
These terms govern the SMS text messaging program operated by Valley Spring Recovery Center, 830 Broadway, Norwood, New Jersey 07648. Joining the program means you accept these terms. Last updated 17 September 2026.
Who operates this text messaging program?
Valley Spring Recovery Center operates the program and is the only sender. Valley Spring Recovery Center is an addiction and mental health treatment provider in Norwood, New Jersey, reachable at (201) 781-8812 and referrals@valleyspringrc.com.
No third party sends messages through this program. Valley Spring Recovery Center sends no advertising on behalf of another business and shares no part of this program with a lead buyer, affiliate marketer, or referral network.
How do you join the text messaging program?
You join by entering your own mobile number in the chat widget on the Valley Spring Recovery text messaging page and sending a message. That widget is the only opt-in mechanism. Consent is never bought, imported from a list, or transferred from another business.
You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
What messages will you receive?
Valley Spring Recovery Center sends promotional messages about programs, services, events, and openings, and conversational messages that answer admissions questions, confirm appointments, and follow up on an insurance verification you requested.
How many messages are sent?
Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation you start. Promotional messages are limited to 4 messages per month. Conversational replies from the admissions team are sent only in response to a question you asked.
What do these messages cost?
Message and data rates may apply. Valley Spring Recovery Center charges nothing for text messages. Your mobile carrier bills messaging and data according to your plan. Contact your carrier for the rates that apply to your account.
How do you opt out or get help?
Reply STOP to any message to end the program. The opt-out is processed immediately, you receive one confirmation message, and no further texts are sent to that number. Reply HELP for assistance, call (201) 781-8812, or email referrals@valleyspringrc.com.

Which carriers support these messages?
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. Delivery on any carrier is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How is your mobile information handled?
Valley Spring Recovery Center does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in consent, mobile phone numbers, or any mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The full statement is in the text messaging privacy notice.
Can these terms change?
Valley Spring Recovery Center may update these terms and posts the current version on this page with a revision date. Continuing to exchange messages after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
